All right, so we’re inside now and she said the doctor’s down, this way when you come in you there’s a diagnostics room here, this is where they’ll kind of figure out what you need and then this place is really nice really clean. Apparently we just bumped into some people who were finishing up and apparently all the chinese people that come to Samui swear by this place and there’s even one guy who comes like every single day so shout out to that guy but the doctor speaks mandarin, speaks Thai, speaks amazing English and I think we’re going to meet her.
Doctor: Hey hi how are you?
Chris: How are you? so we’re just telling them all about your place, what’s your name?
Doctor: My name is Toey.

Doctor: Nice to meet you too. and so maybe I should sit down I’m not gonna get acupuncture but maybe you could tell everybody here about what why do people come here?
Doctor: Okay, so here like this is like acupuncture clinic, I graduated from shanghai university of traditional chinese medicine shanghai china and this uh clinic is like we do like acupuncture, we do cupping, we do chinese herbs
Chris: What is cupping?
Doctor: Cupping is like this is cupping, I’m gonna use this cup and then like we’re gonna put in your bag.
Chris: Oh where you suction.
Doctor: Yeahhhh
Chris: And it sucks up.
Doctor: Yeah, exactly! this one like it’s good for like circular uh circulation your blood and Qi along your body make your blood flow and like balance your organ you know yeah this one is really good.
Chris: What sort of acupuncture do people get?
Doctor: Yeah so like acupuncture we can do acupuncture to like neck pain, lower back pain like a period like for women women health any kind of like uh disease like for example like if you have like a high blood pressure like diabetes test because most uh things that acupuncture do is like to balance your body like to circulation your blood your Qi this like make you feel release the pain.
